Dr. Raymond Okafor
Dr. Okafor is board certified in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology and completed his fellowship at a Boston-area teaching hospital. As Medical Director, he leads our clinical program with a focus on complex coronary disease and structural heart conditions, coordinating catheter-based procedures with partner hospitals.
Dr. Priya Nair
Dr. Nair is a board-certified cardiologist who trained in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease at a leading academic medical center. She has a special interest in preventive cardiology and women's heart health, helping patients understand their risk and build practical, lasting plans to protect their hearts.
Dr. Daniel Schwartz
Dr. Schwartz is a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist who completed advanced fellowship training at a Boston-area teaching hospital. He focuses on heart rhythm disorders — particularly atrial fibrillation — along with pacemaker and defibrillator device management and long-term arrhythmia care.
Megan Flaherty, NP
Megan is a board-certified nurse practitioner who works alongside our cardiologists to manage heart failure, hypertension, and chronic cardiovascular conditions. She is known for taking the time to walk patients through medications and lifestyle changes in clear, everyday language.
Carlos Reyes, PA-C
Carlos is a certified physician assistant who supports the cardiology team across diagnostic work-ups and follow-up care. He helps coordinate testing, reviews results with patients, and keeps referring and primary-care physicians informed throughout the course of treatment.
